A little girl named Reese did not want to ap at school. She wasn't tired and there were too many exciting things to learn. But when Reese didn't nap she would cry, made too much noise, and woke up other kids. Her teacher helped her find other quiet activities to do on her mat instead, such as playing with her busy book, reading a story, water painting, or play ISpy. Reese looked at her Choice Board and made better choices. Everyone was happy and naps were not a fight anymore.

(page 1) Meet Bella! Today, she is playing outside when suddenly... ACHOO! Uh-oh! A tiny villain called a pathogen has entered her body! But don’t worry—the Immune System Superheroes are on the way! (page 5) The B cells hear the call and transform into plasma cells! They start making antibodies, tiny weapons that stick to the pathogens and stop them from spreading. (page 6) Meanwhile, Cytotoxic (Killer) T cells arrive! They find infected cells and destroy them to stop the pathogen’s plan! (page 7) Once the battle is almost won, Regulatory T cells make sure the superheroes don’t attack too much. They help the immune system calm down and return to normal. (page 8) After the battle, some B cells turn into Memory Cells. These cells remember the villain so they can defeat it even faster next time! (page 9) Bella feels better! Her primary immune response was strong, and next time, her secondary immune response will be even quicker! (page 10) Thanks to the Immune System Superheroes, Bella is safe! Her body is always ready for the next adventure!

Groog Ali's new friendly alien comes to see him again in his flying saucer, their last adventure was to the moon which Ali really enjoyed. This time it was Ali's turn to show Goog something that was one of Ali's favourite places ... The beach. There Goog met lots of little creatures and went for a paddle. They went searching and exploring rock pools and saw crabs,fish and shrimp also Goog was amazed at the shells they collected.
