Lily finally decides to go to the Shepherd, who is standing by a large oak tree with His arms open wide. He reassures her with kind words and a gentle smile. The Shepherd leads Lily and the other sheep to a cozy spot by a brook where they rest. Lily feels the peace and comfort of the Shepherd’s care. Lily reflects on how safe and loved she feels. She realizes that the Shepherd will always be there to guide and protect her, no matter what. Lily trusts the Shepherd fully from that day forward and follows Him wherever He leads, knowing she is safe in His care. Lily feels grateful and thanks the Shepherd, understanding that she can trust Him with all her heart. She feels secure in His love. The story ends with Lily peacefully resting, knowing that God’s love and care will always be there to guide her through life.

Ty’s dad is finishing his nighttime story – ending with “Because it had never snowed in dinosaur land before” – he helps him put his tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy to exchange for money. Ty pretends to be asleep and when the fairy comes to do the exchange, he sneaks into her bag and hides there until they are in Tooth Town. Once they got to tooth town, Ty sneaks out of her bag and begins to explore. A vault, with kid’s names on drawers surrounding him, when he opens one of them he sees teeth. He is quickly spotted and a chase begins. Tooth fairies are flying after him around the vault he runs right into Tessa who takes him to see his family’s teeth She shows his parents and his older brothers teeth and explains that teeth hold memories from childhood and the tooth fairies preserve them, to keep their inner child alive. Tessa takes Ty back to his room before morning.

I am Luca. I am four years old, and I just started Kindy. It is exciting, but also a little bit scary. There are so many new things—new teachers, new friends, and a big new playground! Every morning, my grown-up walks me to the Kindy room. Some days, I feel happy. Other days, I feel nervous and want to stay longer. When I feel worried, my tummy feels funny, and I want to cry. Mrs. Kubicek showed me the Zones of Regulation chart. She told me feeling worried is the blue zone, and that it is okay. To feel better, I can take deep breaths, press my hug button, or give a big hug before saying, “See you later!” When I miss my family, I remember that they love me always, and I will see them again soon when I get home. This helps me feel safe. When I get to the Kindy room, I put my bag, crunch and sip, and water bottle in their places. This helps me get ready for the day. Before Kindy starts, I can play with the trucks and puzzles. Sometimes, I do this with Mum or Dad before they say goodbye. That helps me feel braver. Recess and Lunch At recess, all the children go outside to eat and play. I feel nervous and stay near the wall. Mrs. Kubicek notices and says, “Luca, would you like to sit with Milani and Bodhi?” I nod. Milani and Bodhi smile and say, “Come sit with us!” That makes me feel good inside. I move into the green zone—calm and happy! Sometimes, I want to stay with Mrs. Kubicek at recess and lunch. But when she leaves, I feel sad. She reminds me that it is important to play with my friends. I take a deep breath, press my hug button, and find Milani and Bodhi. Once I start playing, I feel much better! At the end of the day, I pack my bag and sit on the mat. When I see my grown-up waiting, I run to give them a big hug. “How was your day?” they ask.I smile and say, “I played with Milani and Bodhi.” Each day, I feel a little braver. If I feel nervous, I can take deep breaths, press my hug button, or ask for help. Kindy is full of adventures, and I am ready for them all!

His friend, Bud, saw him from the swing. “Wait for me, Gus!” Bud called, swinging high. Gus waited. “Come on, Bud! It’s fun!” Bud jumped off the swing and ran to join Gus. Together, they stood at the edge of the puddle. “On the count of three, let’s jump!” said Gus. “Okay!” Bud nodded. “One… Two… Three!” They both jumped into the muddy puddle. Splash! Mud flew everywhere! “Look at us!” Gus laughed. “We’re muddy buddies!” Just then, a little dog named Pup came over. He tilted his head and barked, “Woof! What are you doing?” “We’re having a muddy fun time!” Bud said, splashing more mud. Pup wagged his tail. “I want to join!” Gus and Bud laughed. “Okay, Pup! Jump in!” Pup jumped right into the puddle, sending mud flying. They all rolled and played until they were covered in mud from head to toe. After a while, they decided it was time to clean up. “Let’s go back to my house,” said Gus. “We can wash off in the tub!” When they got to Gus's house, his mom chuckled at the sight of the muddy friends. “Oh my! What happened to you three?” “We had the best fun in the puddle!” Gus exclaimed, grinning. His mom smiled and filled the tub with warm water. “Alright, muddy buddies, it’s bath time!” After their bath, Gus, Bud, and Pup sat together on the porch, drying off in the sun. “That was the best day ever!” Bud said. “Let’s do it again tomorrow!” Gus replied, his eyes sparkling with excitement. And so, every sunny day, they would jump in the puddles, making more muddy memories together. The End
