Enkosi wanted so much to be a Super Hero. He climbed tables, chairs, window bars and everything climbable in his Mumba family home. One day he was stung by a bee whilst in the farm fields of the farm that his family lived at - Oakley Green Farms. Although it didn't hurt, his father, Daddy Chombs, applied some medication for the sting. He went to bed late for his age as usual. Like most nights he dreamt of being a super hero.

As it got dark everyone on the beach turned on their flashlights everyone stood very still and watched the hatchlings dig out of the sand and slowly make their way to the sea. Everyone was waiting for them to plunge into the sea

The story is about how a little dog named Coco lost his parents. He lived in Istanbul, in a cold gray city. For about 3 months he was looking for a way to his parents. He drove for 10 hours in a car with strangers. He flew for 12 hours in luggage on a plane. He was scared, whining, crying. And finally he found his parents on the island of Phuket. He cried, jumped with happiness and was the happiest dog. Now Coco lives with her parents by the sea.

With a scoop and a swirl, he spread it with care, “Oh, how I love butter! It’s light as the air!” Next came the veggies, all crunchy and bright, Lettuce and tomatoes, such a lovely sight. He washed them so gently and sliced them with cheer, Stacking them neatly—oh, what fun, oh dear! “Now for the meat!” Sammy clapped with delight, He opened the fridge—what a wonderful sight! Turkey and ham, piled high with some cheese, “Just look at this goodness! I’ll eat it with ease!” “Don’t forget mustard! It adds a big zing!” He squeezed on a dollop—oh, what joy it can bring! Then he topped it with pickles, so crunchy and round, “A yummy sandwich! It’s the best to be found!” He placed the last slice on top with a thud, And gave it a press with a big happy “thud!” “Now, let’s cut it in half, so easy to share, I’ll take one to my friends, with love and with care!” With a plate full of sandwiches, Sammy did grin, “Making a sandwich is such a win-win! (Page 2) Deep inside Bella’s bones, the red bone marrow is working hard, creating new superheroes—B cells and T cells! These special cells will help fight the villain! (page 3) The pathogen starts making copies of itself. It thinks it can take over! But here come the first responders: Macrophages! These giant cells swallow up invaders and alert the other heroes! (Page 4) After gobbling up the enemy, the macrophages show pieces of the pathogen, called antigens, to the Helper T cells. This is like sending out an emergency call for backup! (page 5) The B cells hear the call and transform into plasma cells! They start making antibodies, tiny weapons that stick to the pathogens and stop them from spreading. (page 6) Meanwhile, Cytotoxic (Killer) T cells arrive! They find infected cells and destroy them to stop the pathogen’s plan! (page 7) Once the battle is almost won, Regulatory T cells make sure the superheroes don’t attack too much. They help the immune system calm down and return to normal. (page 8) After the battle, some B cells turn into Memory Cells. These cells remember the villain so they can defeat it even faster next time! (page 9) Bella feels better! Her primary immune response was strong, and next time, her secondary immune response will be even quicker! (page 10) Thanks to the Immune System Superheroes, Bella is safe! Her body is always ready for the next adventure!

Miss Emily is a Special Education teacher. Helena and Luke are students in Miss Eve's class. Miss Emily has put Helena and Luke in a group together. They will be working with Miss Emily in Miss Eve's classroom 2 days a week on Monday and Thursday. They will learn how to manage their emotions like learning how to take deep breaths when they are upset, asking for help when they need an adult to help them calm down and making new friends! Helena and Luke don't really know each other. But, they end up learning a lot about each other through a conversation with Miss Emily. Helena loves puzzles, books and coloring. Luke loves playing with trains and running on the play ground. In the end, they love being in a group together and they are going to have a fun year with Miss Emily.
