Page 1-2 Dad isn’t here anymore. I think about him a lot. Page 3-4 I look around and see Dad’s things. “I miss Dad.” Page 5-6 Mom rests a hand on my shoulder. “Let’s make a memory box. We can keep Dad’s love inside.” Page 7-8 I look up at her. “What’s a memory box?” Mom sits beside me. “It’s a special place where we can keep things that remind us of Dad.” Page 9-10 I think about it and nod. “I like that idea.” Page 11-12 We look in the basement and find a box. I run my hand over the lid. “Let’s decorate it. I want it to look just right.” Page 13-14 I draw a heart, and Mom helps me write “I love Dad.” Now our box is ready. Page 15-16 We look for Dad’s things. I find his football jersey and hold it close. “It smells like him.” Page 17-18 We find football tickets. I smile. “I remember that game—it was so fun!” Page 19-20 I find a shiny rock. Me and Dad found this on the beach. “It’s lucky.” Page 21-22 I put everything inside the box and close the lid. “Now I have a box of love.” Page 23-24 The next morning, I open the box. I take out Dad’s jersey and hold it tight. I feel connected to him. Page 25-26 Then I look at the rock and remember our trip to the beach. I smile. The story starts with them sitting under a huge oak tree reading a book together then the journey of them hand in hand through the forest along the glitter road. The next page is big brother pushing little sister on a swing that is hanging from the oak tree while the baby angel watches them from above the clouds at sunset with pretty colors of sunlight beaming in between the trees. Next scene is the Baby Angel peeks/ peers over the cloud to act like they are kind of hiding while children start walking down the path, hand in hand. It’s still sunset but a little darker. Next scene children are still walking along path hand in hand but have different scenery/ background now like they have made way down the path. One of the children is bending down to pick up a coin found in the path while both children have expressions of excitement for what they found and the angel baby appears to be watching with anticipation. Place a cardinal, a feather and blue butterfly, a dragonfly, things that people associate with messages from heaven, in the photo somewhere. It is now dusk and almost completely dark. Next scene. It is now completely dark and the sky is full of stars. Children have come to an opening from the forest

1. Dolphin, Turtle, Clownfish, and Starfish were playing tag in the ocean. They were laughing and swimming happily. The sun was shining, and the water sparkled like diamonds. 2. While swimming, Dolphin suddenly stopped. “Look!” he said. “The ocean is full of trash!” The friends looked around and saw plastic bottles, bags, and old nets floating everywhere. The once-beautiful ocean was now dirty. 3. “This is terrible,” said Turtle. “We need to clean this up right away!” “I’ll help!” said Starfish. “Let’s all work together to make the ocean clean again.” Clownfish nodded. “Yes! Our home needs us.” The friends agreed to start cleaning up the trash immediately. 4. Just as they began, a baby whale swam over. “What’s going on?” the whale asked curiously. “We’re cleaning the ocean,” Dolphin explained. “Can I help?” the whale asked with a big smile. “I can use my tail to push the trash into a pile.” The friends were happy to have more help. 5. The team got to work. Dolphin grabbed plastic bottles with his fins. Turtle picked up plastic bags floating near the coral. Starfish collected smaller pieces of trash stuck on the ocean floor. Clownfish swam around carefully, making sure nothing was left behind. The baby whale used its strong tail to push the trash into one big pile. They all worked hard together! 6. After hours of teamwork, the ocean was finally clean again. The water became clear, and colorful fish swam happily among the healthy coral reefs. The friends looked around with pride. “We did it! Great job, everyone!” Dolphin said with a big smile. 7. A pufferfish swam over and said, “Thank you for cleaning the ocean! Now it’s safe and beautiful again.” “We’ll make sure it stays this way,” said Turtle. Dolphin nodded. “If we all work together, the ocean will stay clean and beautiful forever.” The friends cheered and swam off, ready to protect their home every day.
