In Duck Village, sisters Ailie and Josie are excited for their mom's party, but aliens suddenly abduct their mom. Scared and worried, they soon discover they have superpowers and can fly. Josie crashes through the ceiling, creating a hole for them to fly through into space. They reach the North Star, where their powers grow stronger, allowing them to fly super fast. They find the UFO and rescue their mom, who also gains superpowers when they hug her. Together, they fly back to Duck Village with their new abilities. The party resumes, and the family is celebrated as heroes. The story ends with them looking at the North Star, remembering their brave adventure and living happily ever after.

Johnny is a kids soccer player. Johnny loves soccer, but during one of his games he wasn't listening to his teammate and fell. He cried and fell to his mom to show his bruise on his knee but he was talking too erratically for her to understand, so she guides him so he'll calm down. After he calms down and tells her what happened, she takes him to the nurse and she makes johnny tell the nurse what happened. After he did so he got a band aid and was able to play and win the scoring goal for his team

Bernie and Pat are two 10 year olds who are very passionate about the environment. One day Bernie is concerned because they are cutting down trees around her home. Their environmental club at school took a trip to the forest for a cleanup were Bernie and Pat meet a talking tree.

On their first day of kindergarten, kids named after spices—Cinnamon, Ginger, Saffron, and Nutmeg—brought special lunches from their homes. When Salt said Saffron's curry looked and smelled funny, Saffron got upset. But second-grade helpers Basil and Rosemary reminded everyone, “Don’t yuck someone’s yum.” Salt said sorry, and Saffron was happy. The kids then shared stories about their favorite foods, learning to appreciate each other's lunches. From then on, everyone celebrated their different foods, making the classroom a friendly place where all cultures were valued.

A young 14 year old girl with strawberry blonde hair and hazel brown eyes went to an fair during Autemn. She saw her childhood friend, a 14 year old boy, whom she fell in love with. They love each other but who will be the first to confess their love?

The boy sees a rocket being launched in the TV. He wants to make his own rocket. He looks around for cylindrical objects and his father's workshop and find some cylindrical cardboard box. He paints it using his crayons and paint brush. He creates a rainbow colored rocket. Next heat thinks about how to launch it. The experiments with throwing it up in the air, experiments catapulting it into the air, experiments with throwing it from the balcony, nothing works and he gets discouraged. He didn't remember his father saying PET BE POSITIVE, MAKE IT EASY AND TRY. So he reminds himself of all the different successful experiments he has done in the past like making a castle, making a wheelbarrow, making a fishing rod. He then thinks how he can make his project easy and gets to trying again. He then lands up with launching the rocket by using the air coming out of the air pump piston that his father uses to fill up his bike's tire

Coral was small but bright, with vivid orange stripes and a curious spirit. He loved swimming through the colorful corals and playing hide-and-seek with his friends. But there was one thing Coral feared—venturing too far from his sea anemone home.

Monster has a difficult time keeping his voice at in indoor level. The kids around him don't like to have him in their group because he's too loud. The teacher teaches monster that there are times when a big voice can be used, like on the playground, but there are times when an indoor level 2 voice should be used, like during group work and classtime. Monster works hard at keeping his voice low but he has a tough time until the third try when finally he learns to keep his voice an indoor voice.

MawMaw is an elderly lady that lives alone and tries desperately to tame a wild siamese cat she names Harry. Then one day a young cat she names Pollyanna appears and loves Mawmaw. Maw is surprised when she finds Polllyanna has a siamese kitten. Pollyanna is a mama.

in a bustling Target store, there was a pen named Parker Parker lived on a shelf in the stationery aisle, surrounded by pens of all colors and types Parker felt trapped in his inky existence and longed for the freedom of a pencil's life, the ability to rewrite his story and start anew. Parker and his friends devised a plan, to create a makeshift pencil costume. With a rolled-up piece of paper for a body, a sharpened tip made of graphite, and an eraser hat, Parker reflected on his journey, he had been so focused on becoming a pencil that he hadn't appreciated the value of his true self. Parker became a symbol of embracing one's identity and celebrating the uniqueness in everyone.
