Z'Rica lived with her mom, little sister, and baby sister. They didn't have a home, so the car was their house. The back seat was Z'Rica's bedroom, and she kept her few belongings in a suitcase. She picked them up, feeling a strange connection to the comb. She decided to take them home, wondering where they came from. Maybe they belonged to someone important. "Z'Rica, you have a special mission," it said in a low, rumbling voice. Z'Rica was surprised, but also excited. Her hair started talking back to the comb! Maddox is 2; a little wild child growing up on a farm with large trees,long grass, noisy guinea fowl, Egyptian geese, rabbits, tortoises, owls. There's vintage cars and old fire trucks in the enormous backyard. Maddox goes on adventures with his best friend, Aslan the Great Dane! Aslan is so large all you ever see of him are his four long, grey legs. Aslan is the mentor; cautious, guiding, teaching Maddox as he rushes fearlessly into crazy and dangerous situations. Maddox is learning to talk. He barks at everyone, yelling, pointing "woo-woo" instead of talking. Everything is called a woo-woo. Aslan teaches him the names of things like mama, dada, car, truck. Each time he points at something and calls it woo-woo, Aslan corrects him and gives the proper name, explaining who or what they are. Mama cries when he finally calls her mama! Dada smiles, he is so proud. In the end Maddox points to Aslan saying Woo-Woo and Aslan agrees, Yes, I am Aslan, the biggest woo-woo that ever was.

Miko the Meerkat and Lou the lizard live in the hot and dry Kalahari Desert. Miko the Meerkat and Lou the Lizard in the vast Kalahari Desert. Miko and Lou are best friends and do everything together! Miko is a bright, lively and friendly meerkat. He loves popping and looking out of burrows to explore the Kalahari. Miko likes moving from place to place and can’t stay still! Lou is a clever lizard; she loves to imagine the stars in the sky so much that she sometimes forgets to listen in class. Miko and Lou are different from their friends because they both have ADHD Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lou also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.

To their amazement, they found themselves in Narnia too! Together, the four children met Aslan, a great and noble lion. Aslan was powerful and wise, and he wanted to help free Narnia from the White Witch. The children learned that they were part of an important adventure, filled with bravery, friendship, and magic. They promised to work together to save the land they had come to love.
