Mom and Dad’s incredible journey begins in Portugal, where they meet in 2019 at a 3D design course—Mom was 28 and teaching interior design classes, and Dad, 27, was dreaming of becoming an architect in Canada. In 2021, during the pandemic, they find a farm in Salmon Arm, BC, where they work in exchange for food and shelter, making their dream of moving to Canada a reality. Mom even adopts two lambs from the farm! They make many wonderful friends in Salmon Arm, and four months later, with a trusty Pontiac Aztec, they find jobs in Vancouver and Abbotsford and settle in Surrey. On May 28, 2022, they get married on a beautiful farm in Salmon Arm, surrounded by both their families and friends. Two years later, they become permanent residents and buy a cozy apartment near Gateway Station in Surrey in 2023. By 2024, their lives take a magical turn—Mom is pregnant! On October 24, baby David is born, a healthy 4.5 kg bundle of joy. Mom’s parents fly in from Portugal to help, while Dad’s parents adore David from afar. It’s a story of love, resilience, and building a family in a new land.

Uma casa nessa casa tinha um gato e uma toca 2.Nessa toca tinha um rato, e nesse rato tinha uma fome intensa 3.Mas essa toca ficava em baixo de uma mesa e a toca ficava dentro da casa , e o problema era que nesta casa tinha o gato ne 4.E esse gato era apelidado de comilão porque esse gato era o gato mais comilão e gordo do bairro 5.E o rato ficava morrendo de medo de ser mastigado ,ingolido defecado por aquele enorme monstro gordo com orelhas pontudas. 6.Um dia humanos e gatos estavam jantando 7.O rato esperto ,com muito cuidado foi ate um pedaço e queijo da sobra do jantar por que tinha acabado o kit sobreviverncia do rato 8.Kit sobrevivência do rato era 4 trinagulos de queijo e um pote de leite q ele tinha roubado do gato 9.O kit acabou o rato ficou deseperado por isso que ele foi pegar aquele queijo por que um pedacinho de queijo já da para um ano interio por que o rato nem e tao grando assim 10.Quando o rato estava voltando para atoca o gato viu o rato entrando 11.O ratoabriu a porta da tocae sentiu um suor em suas costas ,quando foi olhar para tras viu o gato preparado para agarra lo 12.O rato correu entre os pes das mesas o gato o seguiu e bateu a cabeça no pe da mesa o rato deu uma OlE no gato entrou na toca e o gato não conseguiu entrar 13.Chegou a hora de dormir o rato ficou a noite enteira acordado e então achou que o gato estava dormindo ,so que o gato estava na porta da toca so esperando aquele pequeno animal sair de la para devora lo , o arto e o gato engoliu e o rato nunca mais precisou passar fome na vida do ceu nem da terra. This is a story about a girl named ALIF who loved painting. She had a cat named Mittens who would always sit beside her while she painted. One day, ALIF decided to paint a picture of Mittens. She started painting and soon got lost in her work. Mittens, who was watching her, got curious and jumped onto the canvas. ALIF was surprised but then she got an idea. She started painting Mittens into the picture. From that day on, ALIF started painting pictures of Mittens in all sorts of different settings. She painted Mittens in a garden, on a beach, and even in space! ALIF’s paintings became so famous that people from all over the world started asking her to paint pictures of their pets. ALIF and Mittens were very happy. They spent their days painting and playing together. And whenever ALIF painted a picture of Mittens, she would always include him in the painting.

Op een avond ging Sterre naar bed, moe van een drukke dag. Maar midden in de nacht werd zij wakker van een vreemd geluid. Het leek alsof de lucht buiten fluisterde. Toen zij uit bed stapte, vond hij zichzelf niet in zijn slaapkamer, maar voor een groot, magisch kasteel dat glinsterde onder het maanlicht. "Welkom, Sterre!" zei een vriendelijke stem. Het was een magische uil. "Het koninkrijk heeft je hulp nodig!" Ze vlogen samen naar binnen, waar de muren van het kasteel spraken en de trappen leken te bewegen. In het kasteel was er paniek. De schaduwen dreigden het koninkrijk te overnemen en alles in duisternis te hullen. Sterre besloot te helpen. Met de uil aan haar zijde en een magisch zwaard in zijn hand, vocht Sterre tegen de schaduwen. Zij zwaaide het zwaard en met elke slag verdween een stukje duisternis. Na een grote strijd was het kasteel gered. De lucht klaarde op en de sterren straalden helderder dan ooit. "Dank je wel, Sterre," zei de uil. "Je hebt het koninkrijk gered!" Maar toen Sterre om zich heen keek, werd alles wazig. Het kasteel vervaagde en zij voelde zich weer in zijn bed. Zij opende zijn ogen en vond zichzelf terug in zijn kamer. Het was allemaal een droom… of was het dat toch? Op haar nachtkastje lag een schudbol met een kasteel daarin, precies zoals het kasteel uit zijn droom. "Misschien was het geen droom" dacht Sterre, terwijl zij glimlachte en zijn ogen sloot, klaar om weer in slaap te vallen.
