They knew that love Jrsus showed others sought nothing in return; he gave his time and energy freely to anyone who asked for it and plenty that didn't; he even humbled himself to the point of washing his friends' feet 2. John Jr and Jade thought of ways to be more selfless. They were going to try to Donate, Volunteer, Serve others: Compliment instead of criticize:, Empathize with others, and Practice active listening:. 3. John Jr and Jade reflected on the verse In Philippians 2:3-4 "Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others." The remembered Jesus teaching the principles of cultivating humility, putting love into action, serving others, actively listening, practicing empathy, giving freely, forgiving, praying for selflessness, and seeking accountability,. John Jr and Jade had a desire to be more like Jesus and started being more selfless in their lives.

They walked to the fish stall, where Captain Jack offered them fresh fish. “Protein for strong muscles!” Captain Jack said. Finally, they stopped by Daisy’s Dairy Stand. Daisy handed them a bottle of milk. “Milk is great for your bones and teeth!” she said. Back at school, the friends arranged their plate: apple slices, carrot sticks, a slice of whole-grain bread, grilled fish, and a glass of milk. It looked colorful and delicious! Ms. Green clapped her hands. “Congratulations! You’ve solved the Balanced Plate Mystery. Your plate is a perfect example of healthy eating!” The friends smiled proudly. They learned that eating a balanced meal isn’t just a mystery—it’s the key to having a strong and healthy mind and body! She had a fiery personality and loved to take charge of any situation. Next was Orange, who was always cheerful and warm. She loved to spread happiness wherever she went and was always up for a good laugh. Yellow was a sunny fairy with a bright and positive outlook on life. She loved to explore the world and was always eager to learn something new. Green was a peaceful fairy who loved nature and all its creatures. Help my children feel at ease while they know what I’m doing this weekend as I go away from them for the first time. Tell them about how I’m going to be so sad and miss them as I leave the house. How I think about them all the time I’m gone. How I get an uber to the airport, then go through airport security and sit at the lounge before getting on an Air New Zealand plane and fly to Queenstown. Meanwhile Dadda is spoiling them with fun treats like burgers and chips, and taking them to soccer and swimming classes, and even a friends birthday party. They get to watch TV and have so much fun jumping on the bed and being silly with Dadda. Then how I get reunited with my boys Teddy and Max and I’m so happy I could cry with joy.

Angel. Alice, Jo are all excited and talking about what they are going to be wearing at the Halloween Party at Cookie Adventure Playground. They also decided that they would like to make candles to bring along so they can light them and tell stories.

Once upon a time there was a beetle who loved to tell everyone how fast he could run. “I am the fastest insect in the park,” he would say. His slow and steady friend the snail, tired of hearing him brag, challenged him to a race. “Ha,” the beetle thought to himself, “there is no way a snail could ever win against me.” On the day of the race, all of the insects in the park gathered to watch. The centipede waved a checkered flag to start the race. The beetle zoomed past the starting line as fast as he could, while the snail carefully inched herself forward bit by bit. The beetle cried out “You will never win this race at that slow, slow pace.” Out of breath from running, the beetle eventually reached a small pond of water. He thought, “I have plenty of time. I just will go around the pond.” The beetle sped off on his way. Inch by inch the snail crawled along the path. As she reached the pond, she thought, “It would be much shorter if I could somehow float across the water.” Perhaps I could build a boat. The snail gathered up some leaves, twigs and vine. She fashioned a small boat that helped her glide smoothly across the water of the pond. When she got to the other side, she hopped off the boat and could see all of her friends waiting for her at the finish line. Little by little the snail crept along the path until she crossed the finish line at long last. All of her friends cheered. “Hooray for snail!” they cried. A moment later the beetle came running across the finish line. “I can’t believe you beat me!” he said. “You know,” the snail replied with a smile, “being the fastest isn’t always everything”. “Sometimes if you just slow down for a moment and think about your challenge, you can come up with great solutions.”
