This book looks at the seven steps in the design process of sustainable fashion. Those seven steps are Define, contextualise, explore, prototype, test, iterate and produce.

Once upon a time, in a far-off universe, there was a little star named Twinkle. Unlike the other stars, which shone with a silvery light, Twinkle glowed with a warm golden light. Twinkle realized that even though it was different from the other stars, this was what made it unique. Its difference allowed it to bring special happiness to others. From then on, Twinkle stopped looking for stars similar to itself. It learned to appreciate its uniqueness and used its special light to illuminate the night sky, bringing hope and joy to the children on Earth.

1. Sydney and John, curious and adventurous, discover an old watering can and a packet of "Seeds of Kindness" in an empty field. Intrigued, they decide to plant the seeds and see what happens. 2. The two friends spend the afternoon planting the seeds in small holes, watering them with the magical watering can, and eagerly anticipate what might grow. 3. The next day, the seeds have sprouted into tall, colorful flowers with heart-shaped petals, each labeled with kind words like "Help," "Share," and "Smile."
