When horses were introduced to them it changed their culture. Long hair is important to the Lakota Sioux and should not be cut unless you are mourning the loss of a loved one. Lakota children played with rawhide dolls and throwing the willow spear. It is important to pass on the Lakota traditions and remember their 7 values of respect, compassion, honesty, generosity, wisdom, humility, and prayer.

Legend said that this peak is a volcano and it hasn’t erupted in a long time. So, Ellie knew that it could happen at any minute. The dragons that live Mythical Peak can fly to escape the deadly lava, but, Ellie does not have the power to fly. There are 100 dragons that live on the peak. Some are sweet and some are dangerous and mean. All of the dragons posses their own power and one dragon holds all the power of all the dragons, making her very powerful and scary. This dragon was named Queen Sapphire and she wanted to take over Ellie’s village called Christmas All Around Island. One power she had was she could control the weather. She decided to punish the villagers by making it winter and cold every day. Ellie didn’t know why the dragon would do this, however, she wanted summer, flowers and sunshine. So, she decide to risk it all to climb the mountin.

As the pilot inflates the balloon, John Jr and Nazut can feel the heat from the burners and hear them roar. Once balloon was upright everyone boarded the super size basket. The take off was slow. John Jr and Nazut felt a breeze everytime they went to a new altitude. 6. John Jr and Nazut feel weightless as they glide through the air with the wind, traveling at speeds of five to six miles per hour. The 360 degree view was spectacular. Everything below looked so tiny. As the end of the ride approached, John Jr and Nazut thanked the pilot for "a magical experience that' was peaceful, exhilarating, and gentle." 7. The pilot had to keep using the burners to get the balloon to land. Once landed, everyone left the basket. John Jr and Nazut Thanked the pilot for an awesome time.
