Quackers, the energetic duck, and Bao, the cuddly panda, were the best of friends. One sunny afternoon, they decided to pack a delicious picnic basket and head to the park. Quackers quacked excitedly as he gathered fresh bread, juicy apples, and a big jug of lemonade. Bao rolled around, collecting bamboo shoots, sweet honey, and a fluffy blanket. With their picnic basket in tow, they skipped and giggled their way to the park. The grass was lush and green, the flowers were blooming in vibrant colors, and the air was filled with the sound of birdsong. They found a perfect spot under a shady tree and spread out their blanket. Quackers poured the lemonade into cups, while Bao arranged the snacks. Just as they were about to dig in, they realized something was missing. 'Where's our picnic basket?' Bao asked, his eyes wide with worry. Quackers searched the ground frantically. 'It's gone! Who would have taken it?' They looked around and noticed a group of sly foxes lurking nearby. Quackers and Bao confronted the foxes, but they denied any wrongdoing. Undeterred, they decided to follow the foxes. They trailed them through a winding path and into a dark cave. There, in the center of the cave, was their missing picnic basket! The foxes had stolen it to have a feast of their own. Quackers and Bao were furious. They charged at the foxes, quacking and growling. The foxes were taken by surprise and quickly surrendered. With their picnic basket safely retrieved, Quackers and Bao rushed back to the park. They spread out their blanket once again and enjoyed their well-deserved feast. As they ate their delicious snacks and sipped on their lemonade, they couldn't help but laugh at their adventure. They had solved a mystery, outsmarted the foxes, and had a wonderful picnic in the beautiful park.

story of two little friends

Once upon a time, a curious little girl named Linda went shopping with her mother and younger sister, Alice. On their way, they passed a beautiful courtyard filled with chickens pecking at the grass. Linda watched them with fascination and called out, "Ko-Ko!" The chickens turned to her, delighting the sisters and their mother. On their way back, Linda felt proud carrying the shopping receipt her mother had entrusted to her. She wanted to show the chickens that she was responsible. But suddenly, a brave chicken with a colorful comb snatched the receipt from her hand. Linda was shocked and called for Ko-Ko to return it. As the chickens pecked at the receipt, Linda watched in horror as it vanished into their beaks. Crying bitterly, she felt disappointed that none of the chickens would return her treasure. On the way home, she complained about the "mean" chickens, and her family tried to comfort her, but her sadness lingered. This unusual tale of a little girl and a brave chicken turned into a funny yet sad adventure. Linda learned that even loyal friends could bring unexpected surprises, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. Later, she smiled at the memory of the chickens, hoping their next encounter would be smoother.

Andres’s only comfort comes from his nanny, Lorena, who cares for him deeply. Though Lorena loves Andres as her own child, she struggles with her own challenges—her son, Camilo, is seriously ill and needs medical attention, but the Rodríguez family remains indifferent to their plight. One night, after a troubling conversation with Andres about his parents’ neglect, Lorena and Andres discover something strange. A mysterious girl, pale and dressed in tattered clothes, appears with a flickering candle, lifting the wooden floorboards and pouring something into a hidden hole beneath the floor. As the girl leaves, she leaves the candle behind. The next night, they return to investigate and find gold coins buried beneath the floor. Lorena’s need to help Camilo leads her to take the coins, paying for medical care. With each night, the temptation to take more grows, until the hole becomes a siren call, drawing them back for more. On the eighth night, as Andres reaches for the coins, he falls into the hole, and Lorena drops the candle, plunging them into darkness. When she relights the candle, the hole has vanished, and both she and Andres are gone. The mansion remains empty, and when workers investigate, they find Andres’s body surrounded by the gold coins. The mansion is said to be cursed, and its eerie silence continues to haunt those who pass by. The mansion still stands in Canaima, abandoned and surrounded by mystery. If you listen closely at night, you might hear a faint voice calling for help: "Please, someone save me... help me..."
