1. The Birth of a Tail (Start) Start with a short, meaningless tail at first. The tail symbolizes "anxiety in me," setting it to begin with a little childhood fear or anxious feelings. The short tail gradually turns into something that bothers me. Example: "At first the tail was small and cute. No one cared, and I thought so. But over time the tail turned long, heavy and sharp, eating the fear and anxiety inside me." 2. the growth of anxiety (in the middle) As the tail eats through my experiences and trauma(eg not being able to meet my parents expectations or my parents fighting and almost devours, mom gaslighting me), it gets longer more complicated. Tails cover me or follow me and bully me. There are disturbing figures sprouting from the tail, or the tail tying me up. Example: "The tail remembered all the hurt and trauma I went through. The bullying at school, the fear of failure, and the moments when I couldn't accept myself. All these memories made the tail heavy and long." 3. a confrontation with the tail (the climax) The moment I realize that the tail is part of me. I want to take the tail off, but it's already completely stuck as part of my body. The more I try to get rid of the tail, the stronger it reacts and harasses me. Example: "I tried to pull the tail off. But it was my flesh and bone. I couldn't pull it off, but rather the tail tightened me even more. The more I fought to get rid of the tail, the more and more I was tied to it. Endless Anxiety: A tragic ending with a tail growing endlessly and completely covering me. Example: "I eventually decided to talk to the tail face to face. 'You are a part of me. But I can control you.' At that moment the tail stopped little by little, and became lighter." The flowers are real decorations to our Planet - so let is flourish forever . The Rosy Rose was so happy so she gave a Magical dust to her friend and Ram became 10 years old . He was very grateful and happy .

Miko the Meerkat and Lou the lizard live in the hot and dry Kalahari Desert. Miko the Meerkat and Lou the Lizard in the vast Kalahari Desert. Miko and Lou are best friends and do everything together! Miko is a bright, lively and friendly meerkat. He loves popping and looking out of burrows to explore the Kalahari. Miko likes moving from place to place and can’t stay still! Lou is a clever lizard; she loves to imagine the stars in the sky so much that she sometimes forgets to listen in class. Miko and Lou are different from their friends because they both have ADHD Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lou also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.

Lina asked "it's in our universe, what are you looking for?" horse asked " I want to meet with a dragon" Lina answered "I'll help you, come" after that horse bring Lina to the horse's basecamp there are many animals like hippo, phoenix and another horses that surrounding by a lot trees "look these are my friends and will be your friend as well" said horse "why your body shape like this? what are you looking for?" asked phoenix "I'm human I want to meet with a dragon" Lina answered "why? dragon are evil, no one wants to be friends with them, I will show you." Phoenix bring Lina to Dragon territorial wants to show Lina how evil dragons are. Phoenix and Lina saw dragon blaming each other don't wants to respect other opinion this reason why other animals don't want to be friend. Phoenix teach Lina if she being selfish, don't want to respect each other, people will leave us and don't want to be friend
