A Children's Storybook Page 1 A long time ago in Israel, there was a kind woman named Hannah. She loved God very much, but she was sad because she had no children. Every year, she went to the temple to pray. Page 2 One day, with tears in her eyes, Hannah prayed, “Lord, if You give me a son, I will give him back to You to serve You all his life.” Page 3 The priest, Eli, saw Hannah praying and said, “May God grant your request.” Hannah believed in God’s promise and left the temple full of hope. Page 4 God answered Hannah’s prayer! She gave birth to a baby boy and named him Samuel, which means “God has heard.” She loved him dearly. Page 5 When Samuel was old enough, Hannah kept her promise. She brought him to the temple and said to Eli, “God has blessed me with a son, and now I give him back to serve the Lord.” Page 6 Samuel grew up in the temple, learning from Eli. One night, he heard a voice calling, “Samuel! Samuel!” He thought Eli was calling him, but Eli said, “I did not call you. Go back to sleep.” Page 7 The voice called again, and again Samuel ran to Eli. But Eli realized it was God speaking to Samuel! He told Samuel, “Say, ‘Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.’” Page 8 Samuel listened, and God spoke to him. From that night on, Samuel became a great prophet, guiding Israel and teaching them to follow God. Page 9 Hannah’s faith and promise led to Samuel becoming one of the greatest leaders of Israel. And through it all, she was thankful, knowing that God had answered her prayer. Page 10 “For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me my request.” – 1 Samuel 1:27

Bull sharks help control the populations of their prey, which is key to preventing the overgrazing of seagrass beds and coral reefs and maintaining the health and stability of these sensitive habitats. 8. Humans can help by cleaning up trash on the beach and the water ways.

Adventures with Peter's garden in Ohio. Peter and his dad, Jim, are planting a garden. Peter waters and cares for the garden by pulling out the weeds. Peter being a young child had to go number one. So, he decided to just water the garden. One day a neighbor, Mr. Pool walked by. Peter asked him if he wanted any of his special carrots. Mr. Pool laughed and said, "I've seen how you watered them the other day!" No thanks on the carrots. Not knowing this story until much later Peter's family enjoyed the magical carrots grown by Peter.

Красная Шапочка не заподозрила ничего плохого. Она шла по самой длинной дороге, «по пути то и дело останавливалась, рвала цветы и собирала в букеты». Волк был очень голодным, «потому что три дня ничего не ел». Увидев беспомощную старушку, он тут же проглотил ее. Затем он улегся в бабушкину постель и стал дожидаться Красную Шапочку. Девочка не сразу догадалась, что перед ней Волк, а не бабушка. Она лишь подивилась большим рукам, глазам и зубам. Волк кинулся на Красную Шапочку и проглотил ее. По счастью, мимо проходили дровосеки. Они бросились к волку, распороли ему брюхо, и «оттуда вышла Красная Шапочка, а за ней и бабушка — обе целые и невредимые»

The Shepherd rushed to her side, cradling her in His arms. “You just wandered away, my child,” He smiled. “But I have found you, and I am taking you home.” Lily cuddled up close to feel safe and loved. When they came back to the meadow, all her friends cheered. The Shepherd smiled and replied, “I will never stop looking for my lost sheep and bringing them back home.” So from that day forward, Lily, among the flock with the Shepherd, knew He would always love and protect her. “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” —Psalm 23:1

"I live here peacefully now, but I used to be loud and scary. When I roared, animals ran away." He demonstrated, shaking the ground and sending Isaac and Zoe flying backward. "Freddie the Dinosaur said See? I prefer calm now and enjoy the peacefulness," he explained. "Sometimes, the island needs me to take care of it." Isaac's eyes sparkled. "Can we meet your friends? We’d love to explore!" "Freddie the Dinosaur said Of course! Follow me," Freddie said, smiling wider as he led them deeper into the heart of the island for new adventures.
