John Jr and Jade thought of ways to be more selfless. They were going to try to Donate, Volunteer, Serve others: Compliment instead of criticize:, Empathize with others, and Practice active listening:. 3. John Jr and Jade reflected on the verse In Philippians 2:3-4 "Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others." The remembered Jesus teaching the principles of cultivating humility, putting love into action, serving others, actively listening, practicing empathy, giving freely, forgiving, praying for selflessness, and seeking accountability,. John Jr and Jade had a desire to be more like Jesus and started being more selfless in their lives.

The forest had 8 doors The witch explained that to go back home the little gnome would have to solve all 8 challanges -Door 1 was full of spiders -Door 2 bats Door 3 zombies Door 4 water Door 5 fire Door 6 thunder Door 7 ghosts Door 8 was dark Each door had a different polymonial case. Ezra, Leo, Mummy, Daddy, Moo and Pops went to Studland beach in Dorset, England. They could see Old Harry Rock in the background., Ezra was digging in the sand when he suddenly said “Daddy there is something really hard in here”. Daddy dug and dug and suddenly they found black volcanic rocks from a million years ago. Ezra collected two pink buckets of volcanic rocks. When they took them home Ezra put them next to his bed. While he slept they started to glow. The next morning they were glowing so brightly. The whole family held hands and rubbed the stones. Suddenly they were taken back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The dinosaurs were friendly. Ezra rode with Mummy on the back of a Brachiosaurus, Leo rode with Daddy on the back of a Triceratoos, and Moo and Pops each rode on Stegosaurus. The played all kinds of games with the dinosaurs. They helped one dinosaur to hatch from an egg. They also helped to feed a baby dinosaur. As it got dark it was time to go home. The all held hands and rubbished the black volcanic rocks again and were transported back in time to day.

1: In the sparkling waters of Blue Wave Bay lived two dolphins, Spirit and Splash. Spirit was a little dolphin with a twinkle in her eye, always curious and eager to learn. Splash, her older brother, was strong, swift, and known as the best jumper in the whole bay. 2: One sunny morning, Spirit swam up to Splash. "Splash, can you teach me how to do tricks and jump like you?" she asked, her tail flipping with excitement. 3: Splash smiled and nodded. "Of course, little sister! But remember, it takes practice and patience. Let’s start with something easy—a spin!" 4: Splash leaped out of the water, twirling in the air like a silver ribbon. Spirit watched in awe, then tried her best. She leaped but only managed a wobbly twist before splashing back into the sea. 5: "That was great for a first try, Spirit !" Splash encouraged. "Now, let's keep practicing. Soon, you'll be spinning like a star!" 6: Spirit practiced every day, twirling and spinning until she felt dizzy. With each attempt, she got better and better. Splash was always there, cheering her on. 7: One day, Splash decided it was time for the big jump. "Are you ready to leap through the rainbow waves?" he asked. Spirit felt a flutter in her belly but nodded bravely. 8: Splash demonstrated a high, graceful jump, soaring through a colorful arch of water. Spirit took a deep breath and followed. She sprang from the sea, her heart racing, and for the first time, she cleared the rainbow waves! 9: As she landed back in the water, Spirit ’s eyes sparkled with joy. "I did it, Splash! I really did it!" 10: Splash swam up beside her, proud and happy. "You did, Spirit ! You worked hard, and now you're a true jumper!" 11: From that day on, Spirit and Splash spent their days performing tricks together, spinning, leaping, and playing in the waves. Spirit knew that with her brother by her side, she could do anything.

Once upon a time there was a beetle who loved to tell everyone how fast he could run. “I am the fastest insect in the park,” he would say. His slow and steady friend the snail, tired of hearing him brag, challenged him to a race. “Ha,” the beetle thought to himself, “there is no way a snail could ever win against me.” On the day of the race, all of the insects in the park gathered to watch. The centipede waved a checkered flag to start the race. The beetle zoomed past the starting line as fast as he could, while the snail carefully inched herself forward bit by bit. The beetle cried out “You will never win this race at that slow, slow pace.” Out of breath from running, the beetle eventually reached a small pond of water. He thought, “I have plenty of time. I just will go around the pond.” The beetle sped off on his way. Inch by inch the snail crawled along the path. As she reached the pond, she thought, “It would be much shorter if I could somehow float across the water.” Perhaps I could build a boat. The snail gathered up some leaves, twigs and vine. She fashioned a small boat that helped her glide smoothly across the water of the pond. When she got to the other side, she hopped off the boat and could see all of her friends waiting for her at the finish line. Little by little the snail crept along the path until she crossed the finish line at long last. All of her friends cheered. “Hooray for snail!” they cried. A moment later the beetle came running across the finish line. “I can’t believe you beat me!” he said. “You know,” the snail replied with a smile, “being the fastest isn’t always everything”. “Sometimes if you just slow down for a moment and think about your challenge, you can come up with great solutions.”

Tears welled up in Joy's eyes, but she knew she had to be brave. Following the crow's loud caws, Joy pushed through the jungle. It was scary, but exciting! "Hello?" she called out, spotting a kind woman. "Have you seen a red cap?" The woman smiled. "Follow the stream downhill, dear. It leads out!" Joy raced down the path, eyes peeled for Mini's cap. Finally, a sob! Mini sat on a log, tears rolling down. The crow was gone! Joy rushed to her friend, giving her a big hug. Together, hand in hand, they followed the stream, their hearts full of relief. Finally, the jungle thinned, revealing their familiar playground! Home! Joy and Mini learned a big lesson: friends help you find your way, even when lost.

1. John Jr and Vasi were playing at John Jr's Granny house. They was playing with some of John Jr's Mom's toys from when she was young. Vasi loved the Polly Pockets. 2. John Jr came across an envelope. Granny said they could open it. A map was in there. John Jr and Vasi studied it for a bit. 3. Granny explained it was a map of the Southside neighborhood. John Jr and Vasi wasted to go there bad, because the map showed a treasure hidden there. Granny took them to the area so John Jr and Vasi could explore. 4. John Jr and Vasiwalkaround for a few hours. They was about to give up, until they noticed an apple tree. The map showed the treasure near that. John Jr and Vasi studied the map a little more to figure out how it was position around that tree. 5. John Jr finds the spot and start digging. They get about 2 ft deep and see this hard plastic container. They get it out. 6. John Jr opens it up and finds a news paper from 1983. The headline was President Reagan created a day to honor Martin Luther King. They find some change that had 1983 imprinted on them. The was a tape of Michael Jackson's Thriller. 5. There was also a Care Bear with a heart on it. There was also some He-Man figurines. They find a box of Nerds candy. They wondered if the Nerds were safe to eat. 6. John Jr and Vasi takes the time capsule back to John Jr's Granny house. Everyone eats some supper. John Jr and Vasi go to their bedroom to play with the time capsule.
