Ms. Green clapped her hands. “Congratulations! You’ve solved the Balanced Plate Mystery. Your plate is a perfect example of healthy eating!” The friends smiled proudly. They learned that eating a balanced meal isn’t just a mystery—it’s the key to having a strong and healthy mind and body!
